Laser welding principle

Laser welding utilizes the high energy density of the laser beam to rapidly heat the welding material to the melting point and cool and solidify it to achieve welding. Laser welding is characterized by small heat input, small deformation and narrow weld seam.

1. Self-developed handheld welding torch, lightweight and delicate, easy to operate, can be welded at any angle.

2. The welding process utilizes infrared positioning for welding position calibration and position verification. The welding position is more accurate and the weld seam is more beautiful.

3. Adopting Suntop's patented water circulation protection system and auxiliary gas detection to effectively extend the service life of the laser lens and prevent damage to the optical components due to improper operation.

4. High precision wire feeder with touch capacitive screen, 220V drive, automatic wire feeding, stronger wire feeding, no wire blocking (double wire feeding optional).

5. Equipped with 10 meters imported optical fiber, overcoming the limitation of working space, can be flexible and convenient for outdoor welding and long-distance welding.

6. It can realize arbitrary angle welding, stack welding, butt welding, vertical welding, flat angle welding, internal angle welding, external angle welding, etc., can weld a variety of complex weld workpieces, larger workpieces non - shape rules.

1. Laser
