1. Laser Cleaning Head
Weighing only 0.7 kilograms, compact in structure, convenient for cleaning metal parts of any shape, with a cleaning width of up to 300 millimeters, and equipped with a safety monitoring system.
2. Intelligent Operating Interface
Advanced resistive touch screen with higher sensitivity, intelligent control, supports multiple languages (English, Spanish, German, Italian, French, Russian, Turkish, etc.).
3. Laser Source
We use custom 45UM diameter clean fiber laser, with a long service life of up to 100,000 hours and no maintenance required.
4. Water Cooling Device
Dual-loop water cooling makes the laser source and cleaning head cooler, and the temperature control sensor uses imported brands.
5. Cleaning Connection Fiber
The distance from the laser cleaning head to the machine cable is 10 meters, so there is no need to move the machine when laser welding the workpiece.
6. Large Cleaning Area
The maximum cleaning area is 300*300mm, with high cleaning efficiency.
